A bit of a rough week

"There is no one giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps."

I wasn't able to continue the Strong 2 program this past week. Unexplained fatigue plagued me from Saturday to Tuesday, followed by sleepless nights on Wednesday and Friday. I even did a Covid rapid test to see if that was the reason, but it was negative. I was at least able to do some gentle yoga most days this week, rather than nothing at all, for which I was very grateful.

So here we are Sunday with a Total Body workout scheduled twice this week in the Strong 2 program. I've said it before, I. don't. like. Total. Body. workouts.

So to avoid procrastinating on this, I'll do one of two things: substitute the videos, or simply do the upper body part or the lower body part of the videos, and get my workoutcomplete for both days that way.

I've also completed the Yoga with Adriene Move calendar, as well as day 2 of the Blossom 2022 calendar.

I think it's gonna be a good week!
