Fat loss and toning

Hello FB family :) my goal is to lose fat and tone up. I was wondering weather you can suggest times of cardio/hiit and times of resistance training per week you would suggest to me. I am already in advanced level with 5-6 times a week of diff FB plus workouts but I try to schedule my weekly training in a smart way fir my goal. Any suggestion from what worked from you is highly appreciated! Thank u so so much 🥰
