Perspiration pals February 4th

Heya Pals, welcome to Friday, and about time, too. My mellow and meeting-free Thursday got hijacked by a surprise house-related problem that had to be taken care of and isn't quite sorted yet, so I'm heading into Friday more preoccupied and stressed than I like, and also with work to catch up on. Fortunately Tasha just posted a short, recovery-style strength workout that I am totally contemplating in place of today's scheduled bruiser. This is a day for survival strategies (hence the meme💀, from my favorite blogger, Copperbadge). In the kitchen, the plan is to take it easy and eat leftovers. I made pizza last night and it did not mesh well with stress😕.
