C25K check in week 1

Well, they say that it is the starting that is always the hardest. After the initial highs of the first two days, I then had 2 days off before doing the third and final jog/walk of week 1. I had to kick myself today to get going- I really didn't want to. But I told myself that it's only 30 minutes and that I had already spent the last ten trying to convince myself to go! So happy to say, I completed the first week and amazingly, can already notice a difference in my endurance and energy (is it my imagination??? it seems awful quick...) In any case, I'm hoping that these (possible) improvements might be enough to kick start me on Monday-without having to go through all the shenanigans necessary in order to convince myself all over again.
