Post Surgery Fitness

Hi all- I am scheduled to have surgery in early March and I have been told no lifting or cardio for 6 weeks post surgery. I have never, ever gone that long without working out and I am nervous about it. Looking for recommendations on how to stay active (without raising my heart rate) and how to get back into working out without injury. I typically work out for about an hour 6 days a week and do a strenuous 3-5 mile hike every week.

Please Help!
