Request for experts' article

I would love to read an expert's article on how to prevent knee injuries while working out. My knees are prone to injury and the second I stop paying attention to the movement I'm doing, some pain or other appears. Different knees, different parts of the knee, twinges and little pains that go away after a few days' rest, but they still bother me.

So, the article I'm dreaming about would have a thorough explanation of the perfect form of the most frequent moves in work-outs (squats, forward, backward and curtsy lunges - to name some). Proper form and what to avoid, down to the smallest detail (like "keep your knee pointed outwards", "don't turn in your knee", etc.). In short, I want to know what I'm doing wrong so I stop getting these small knee injuries basically every other day. Any help will be welcome!
