Hello beautiful Blenders,

“Happiness can be found even in the darkest times if one only remembers to turn on the light”

For me sometimes I can get caught up in daily life and routines not realising that my behaviour, particularly my eating behaviour gets totally messed up. And instead of pausing and taking a deep breath I start to struggle with things I thought I already learned well. It can take me a bit to realize that I just have to turn on the light, clear my head and remember what I actually have to do, so that I feel good again.

For me it’s a regular workday. I will also go to the dentist with my 14-year-old to get some information for braces.

Other than that, a walking workout and some UB again. I guess through my very light weights I am using it should be ok to do UB every day at the moment.
