January progress

This is what my January workouts look like😁. I have a few more days to complete Stong R 2. I was following along great for the first two weeks, then I tested positive for Covid and took a few days off for good measure. Thankfully, I only had mild symptoms and was able to get back to my routine.

I'm loving the program, and will probably do R 1 soon after this. I've scheduled the FB30 2 week challenge for the second and third week of February, and will post my February progress (It's motivating to share with you) 😁😁
