Hello All. I recently watched Kelli and Daniela video on youtube about the Release of Strong R2. I have R1 and love it so i want to get it… BUT here’s my question. I don’t know if i understood correctly but is is true that there are workouts on there only on FB plus?

I ask this because If that is the case…. is the video player for these videos youtube?

I need to know because my only way to workout is using Youtube Premium. I download the videos because I have no service or internet access at my home.

I hope my questions makes sense and any input i would appreciate.

I just want to know if i’ll be able to access every single workout the way I need to.
