First time skiing since 1996...

...and it was fun!

My technique was by no means perfect. I did swear a bit. I have a huge bruise on my butt. And sore calves.

But I'm mad proud how well it still worked, and it's sooo cool to be able to trust in my general fitness level. An activity that requires balance, coordination, cardio fitness, and a strong (lower) body? Bring it!!!

Just wanted to share this happy fitness moment :-)
