My first HIIT after many months!

After going through a lot of hormonal issues, I'm finally feeling fit enough to workout.

I've been doing low impact workouts for the past 2 months and today i finally tackled a HIIT workout.

It was exhausting and I'm so sore but super proud of myself for doing it!

Thank you Ângela P for mentioning a spider workout. I got curious and ended up trying the workout 😄
