we made it to the weekend.

What are your plans? I need to get groceries. After that, drive for a red light treatment and compression treatment.

I’m thinking of Kayla’s new ballet inspired workout. On the schedule is a HIIT, and that’s not the kind of day it is.

What kind of day is it for you?

Both cats were in the tub which is sooo strange to me. I ground wheat and made some whole-wheat oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I used applesauce and a little olive oil for the fat. Not pretty cookies but low guilt.
