Nope never mind, not going to workout today, too sore! šŸ˜…šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Kickboxing got me real good. I thought I could handle a low impact LB strength workout but even lifting dumbbells hurts my poor back muscles. My body says REST and that is what Iā€™m gonna do.
