couch to 5k challenge anyone?

Hi all,

This C25K program intrigues me. I've thought about doing it a few times over the last few years but never attempted it. Working out regularly for the last 4 years or so, I still don't think I have much endurance and I tend to get winded rather quickly. Maybe it's time I switch things up a bit. Besides I always like a challenge. The sun is out, nature is calling me.

So....now that I'm finishing the fusion challenge tomorrow, I'm thinking I might just give it a go say on Monday or Tuesday (I need to buy decent running shoes first).

But I suspect that it's going to be very difficult. And that I won't be so motivated in a week or two. Hence my callout for any takers to join me in this challenge. Also, any advice/tips would be welcome.
