DOMS and recovery workouts

Hey guys! I did a killer lower body strength workout a couple days ago and I am at the worst point in my soreness - I'm so stiff! How does everyone get through a work out while your legs are super sore? I have one of Kelli's new workouts on my schedule today, a lower impact cardio routine, in hopes it will get my blood flowing while also going a bit easier on my legs. Any tips??
