Good day FB Foodies.
Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Ours was really great. Weather was nice and got a bunch of chores done around the house.
Friday night: Dinner was a salad of mixed greens, roasted beet, mushrooms, red onion, and sweet Italian sausage. Very delish.
Saturday we were off to do some shopping. Lunch was lox and begal sandwich with red onion, capers, winter lettuce from the garden, tomato, and avocado. Yummy. Dinner was bockwurst with sauerkraut and apples, a side potatoes, baked beans. Very hearty and filling.
Sunday was a super tasty smoothie with strawberry, banana, peaches from our trees and mixed greens. More ingredients but a long list. :) Lunch was half a sandwich of leftover bockwurst and some organic bbq chips. Dinner was pizza. We picked up some salmon at the store and the trimmings went on the pizza. Sourdough crust, fresh tomato sauce (uncooked), red and white onion, mushrooms, provelone, parmesan, and capers. Yum.
