How to stop over training?

Hey FBfam

I think I've been over training my lower body recently. I did lower body or total body HIIT almost every other day for the past week. Today while I was working out I burned out really quickly, but even though my legs hurt during exercise, they don't have that typical leg day soreness afterwards. Does that sound like overtraining?

If it is, how do I fix it without losing fitness and strength? What should sub for it instead?
