I just told one of my coworkers about FB and I was surprised that she had no idea about FB. Perhaps it's the same that I did not know any of the trainers that she followed. Hei hei.
For me, it's been 10 years! Yes, 10 years!
I came across FB on Youtube by accident since they just posted VDO of a single workout. I was like... what the heck you guys are doing??
Oneday Daniel started to do a short HIIT. That's when I thought.. hmm, let's try.
From then, I kept visiting FB channel, more and more often. Then I signed up on Fitnessblender.com, and bought my first workout program. Then I kept buying the programs more and more, and finally became FBPlus member!
10 years from that VDO and I'm still with FB! Ha! It's like watching someone growing up. I'm so happy for your flourish, D&K. :)
