Workout complete with Daniel!

One of my favorite upper body strength workouts! The isolation of left and right side is also very good for stroke recovery. I was surprised at how well it went. The half kilo dumbbells came in useful here. Only exercise I couldn't really do properly is the overhead tricep extension. Full stretch overhead with the arm is difficult. Anything to do with stretching is basically difficult after a stroke. Bending is the first thing thar comes back usually. Stretching is almost impossible. I gotta work on that. But yay first workout complete with Daniel!! I fully expected to drop a dumbbell with the reverse fly or lateral raise because then the palm is facing down. But no! It was surprisingly difficult getting up off the floor though haha
