I'm struggling a little...

"It’s not always easy. But it’s always worth it."

Things are not as easy this week. I'm having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. Yesterday I did my yoga after breakfast instead of first thing out of bed, and I rescheduled yesterday's FB Strong 2 workout for today.

Because of a significant snowfall a good part of my day was spent outside. Which was great! I shoveled for 45 minutes in the morning, and after lunch went for a walk in the woods for over an hour, then shoveled some more when I got home.

Again today yoga will be done in a little while, and Day 10 of Strong 2 will be done this afternoon.

I'm not beating myself up over this, but am a bit frustrated that I often have to modify my workout schedule. Then again, that's life, right?

I'm grateful that I can exercise. I'll never take that for granted!!
