Yesterday "In the Kitchen" Tuesday 1-18-22

Good day FB foodies.

Hope your Monday was fantastic. The extra day off was nice. Lunch yesterday was chicken nachos. Using up some organic chis tortilla chips, well, crumbs was the idea. Red and white onion, black beans, shredded parmesan, cumin, chili powder, salsa, avocado, and sour cream.

Dinner was roasted pumpkin soup with sweet Italian sausage, white onion, celery, garlic, sage and beet greens. Toppe it with marbled rye croutons for added texture and flavor.

What did you have going on yesterday "In the Kitchen?" Creative use of leftovers? New wild and crazy recipe? Maybe just a good ol' standard comfort dish. Whatever it was, I hope you had a wonderful time making and enjoyed it yourself or shared with someone. Have a blessed and prosperous day!
