Depression: Tiredness, Body Aches

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone struggling with depression (specifically someone whose primary symptoms are body-wide pain and fatigue) has found a way to become motivated to exercise. I am stuck in a rut where I just come home and lay around in bed. 😟 I'm also eating a literal ton of food and quickly putting on weight. Any tips/tricks from personal experience? This isn't me at all. I used to fly around like my pants were on fire and ate in an extremely healthy way. I'd be very appreciative of hearing any success stories. Thanks.
