Daily Check-in: Monday, January 17th

Hello Blendfriends!

How are you all doing today? I hope you're well!

And I hope your weekend went well too! Let's give a shoutout to our Lovely Lea for ghosting for us this past weekend! Thank you Lea! It's always a joy to hear from you and see your pics!

Let's talk a bit about today, shall we?

Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Today also happens to coincide with what would've been Betty White's 100th birthday.

I think today is a good day to practice more kindness towards others; and towards animals as well. So if you can, I hope you can partake in a random act of kindness today. Spread a little goodness around--no act is too big or too small--and make this world a bit let grim.

Another thing to help the world be a bit less grim: Miss Maisy here! She was sleepin so deep that here little tonguey poked out. She's too darn cute not to share--so I hope she'll make you smile a bit today.

Alright, real quick: let's talk workouts and food! What's on either one of those menus for today, Blenders?

I have a total body kettlebell routine for a workout, and another day of "I-dunno" for food.
