Found a new favorite workout today.

Using the completion filter on search, I found a new to me plyometric video. It only has 8 comments so I thought I would give it some love in the community. It's a tough video and unlike anything I have done before. The fact that the jumps are for form and not speed really helped me improve form on a couple of the exercises. I'm looking at you knee tuck jumps.
