Does anyone else's body sound like rice krispies?

So, in the last month or two I've been doing more upper body strength training with weights. I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid about hurting myself, but I feel like I've noticed my shoulders popping a lot more. It could totally be that I'm more aware of my body and thus just noticing everything more! My hips also make popping sounds and to a lesser extent some other parts of my body do the same.

It never hurts, although it's definitely weird/a little uncomfortable at times (eg during lateral raises). My joints may not pop/crack on every rep and they definitely do it outside of exercise too (eg when I'm washing my hair). I've paid close attention to form and I think I'm doing the exercises correctly. I took a week off from upper body workouts and took motrin several times a day to see if it was related to inflammation, but no change. I've read online that if it doesn't hurt then not to worry, but I guess I'm looking for reassurance from others that I'm not the only one?
