I just finished week 2 of FB strong, following along with Kelli😁. The program is amazing, I have a burn in all of my muscles, definitly feeling stronger, physically and mentaly. It's amazing what excercise does for my brain and body.
A huge change I made in these past 2 weeks is working out in the morning. I finished my workouts before 8 am, I'm out of the shower by 8.30, and ready for the day. I hope I can keep this up for the remaining two weeks😁
Tomorrow is a rest day- Saturday, I've scheduled the new Guided meditation video 😁, looking forward to that.
P.S. this was a very big, filling breakfast 😁😁
