Making things work / when you don't feel like it

I work out early morning, right after getting out of bed. Today I did not feel like getting up, or doing a workout.. So, after ignoring my alarm for a while, I made a compromis.. I thought back of posts where people talked about not having motivation and one of the tips that comes up often is: I make myself do the first 5 minutes and then I am allowed to stop. And: start with short workouts. Did the trick.. Thanks FB community for helping me get out of bed.. Now, time for a shower and breakfast.. Have a great day!
