Day 9 - Missed this day because I went out early to do some errands. I had considered doing the workout in the afternoon when I came back buuuut that didn't happen ^^'
Day 10- Back on Track! One of the things I'm grateful for is being able to feel my abs work. A year ago it just felt like my back or neck was doing most of the work in core exercises, so it's nice to actually feel the muscles working!
Day 11 - Today's dumbbell workout was nice, altho the the extra leg work and cardio did make me go 😫😫😫 Still not able to do lateral raises with my 5lb weights (use 3lbs for those) but I hope to get there!
