Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 12th

Hello, Blendfriends!

How are you all doing today?

I hope you're well!

It's a bit of a busy day here; so let's jump right into our check-in, shall we?

So, Blenders: what's happenin with workouts today? HIIT, strength, steady-state cardio, etc? Or rest day for you?

I haven't checked my calendar just yet, but I have a feeling that I have a core routine scheduled for today! That'll work just as well; I'm feeling a bit sore it both the upper and lower body today. So: core it is!

And what about some good food goin on today? What's on the menu, Blendfriends?

We had these wonderful chicken gyros last night; and, oh my. I dunno how we're gonna top those. But, I think I'm going to make a polenta dish just to give it a try. Polenta, with spinach and white beans. Sounds good to me!

Finally: it's Wild Wednesday--so here's a wild bird for you! The ever-so-amazing snowy owl! This guy/gal's been hanging out a lot on this route, and it's been a joy to get to see them regularly.
