FB Complete Week 1

So far I'm enjoying the program, having completed every day so far with minimal issues. Saturday my recovery day was cleaning and walking to karate class, which wasn't intense at all since I was just being shown basic techniques. Sunday I did my usual morning restorative yoga routine and then had karate again in the afternoon.

I'm getting a little bit better at refueling after my workouts but still need to be consistent at giving my body the energy it needs. 😖

Also I'm sore 😂 not badly [was worried it'd be hinder me in karate and it didn't]. So today I picked the lower impact pilates workout. I'm gonna try taking mini breaks to foam roll during my workday.

So far I appreciate the different intensities provided in the program and the workouts themselves are simple without being too boring. [Something I feel like other trainers fail to balance]
