Hey everyone! Last night I learned a new cooking trick! If you boil pasta (real pasta, not lentil pasta) in broth with veggies and spices, the pasta will release starch into the water and you will get a delicious creamy sauce..without all the cream! I took about 10 minutes of stirring to come together and voile, a totally satisfying, nutritious, yummy dinner! I bulked up the dish with artichokes, mushrooms, and zucchini noodles.
