Working out with a torn cruciate ligament

Hello dear FB fam,

it´s been like a really long time since I´ve been here, mostly due to a lot of house moving and as the title says a torn cruciate ligament.

Fell off my bike last July and the healing takes a really long time and I´m yet to have surgery but thanks to the big "C" I had to postpone it.

Anyways my knee now feels good enough to do some light exercise again I think and I wanted to know if anyone of you can give some good advice who had this before. I mean it´s clear: listening to how it feels and to stop when it hurts but maybe there are some other things to consider as well.

My plan is to start FB Plus Beginner today.
