Yes, I can do it, if I modify a little....and that's ok!

Week one of Yoga with Adriene's MOVE calendar and Fitness Blender's Strong 2 program are done. Except for one FB video I rescheduled to tomorrow, I've stayed on track, as I explained in last week's post.

I was so very tired this past Friday that I took it as a rest day and only showed up for the yoga session, which was more of an active recovery workout. I also rested Saturday and again today, going for a walk in the snow later this afternoon.

This week my workouts will be reduced to 4 days a week instead of 5, leaving Wednesday as a active recovery day. I think that will be more sustainable for me. I will still start my day with yoga, though. It just makes all the difference, no matter what the day holds.

This format feels like the "Perfect Blend" for me. :)
