Just did this and it's terrific!
It's a little longer than I usually have time for/want to do, saved it for the weekend. But the format makes it go so fast. There are so many ways that you could make it easier or harder.
I could even see doing just the step portion alone for a quick workout.
Most of step moves involved just holding the weights, which made it feel less "strengthy" but still challenging. I really hope to see more strength/step videos like this because it adds so much more variety.
I'm a new FB Plus member but I was happy to see that this is a free video. I feel like it's classic Kelli with a fresh twist and it's the kind of video that people new to FB would really enjoy.
