Worked out with Kelli! And it was great

Another workout day complete. Did the band/strength/step/hiit workout with Kelli. I used kettlebells and a medicine ball with handles but my affected left hand kept slipping off. Still, workout complete. I can't do flutter kick squats anymore. I always liked those, so bit sad. But I also can't jog in place anymore or do a quad stretch. Yet I finished the entire video!! I also got some squeeze balls for grip training. I will be able to hold onto a dumbbell again, I swear!
