Fb Complete Day 5

I forgot to check in yesterday, but I did Complete my workouts for Day 4 and 5! I managed for the most part. I got a little confused with some of the kickboxing moves from yesterday's workout and the compound movements from today. Anything that requires my brain to do a little extra coordination work! (Ive never been at good at dance steps for this reason 🙃) So I simplified or adjusted at times (like swapping out one lateral movement exercise for skaters or side Lunges since I know how to do them correctly). Hopefully in time my coordination improves 😅
