FBReach Day 1!

Getting back into regular workouts, and taking it slow and steady to begin. Did a 10-minute squat challenge workout and 15-minute yoga workout instead of PFT along with the warm up and cool down, and I felt so good!

I've learned to accept the ups and downs of life, depression, anxiety, and stuff like that, but it always makes me feel on top of the world to get out of the funk and into my workout clothes. Here's to hoping I can stick with my program, and move on to FB30R3 after FBReach! And here's to hoping over the next few weeks, I start feeling not so jiggly and weak, haha! I miss feeling strong. But I know I can get there, I just have to put the work in, again. ♥︎
