FB Complete Day 3

Today was my nemesis - abs 😂

I did the beginner level and it was one of the best paced core workouts I've ever done. Most ab workouts I'm unable to do for 30 mins straight, but this had just the right amount of challenge without winding me.

I didnt fuel up as well after but I was more mindful of increasing my water intake today!

I also signed up for karate cause...clearly I'm a masochist. 😂 It was kind of impulsive and rather short notice since classes start this weekend so I had to decide quickly.

Hope I survive 😅
