Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 5th

Hey hey, and hopefully happy mid weeking to you, Blendfriends!

..I bring you the first #WildflowerWednesday of the year with some Innocence. I found a small patch as that is what they come in and it's about as close as white on ground as it gets here in Florida😂

So what's going on? Are you ready for a sweaty workout or going for a slower pace? As always, check with your body and hopefully find the right movement for you today. Or sometimes, just starting can take you somewhere and leave you feeling better and stronger than you think. I'm on day 3 of Strong 2 and it is core work! I may or may not have mentioned before, but I like core days just a little more than lower and upper. And it's even better if there is some HIIT thrown in there too.
