Just popping in real quick to say; I did an afternoon workout! This is rare for me - usually if it hasn’t happened by 8am, it’s not happening. I had just gotten out of a 3 hour meeting and my feet were dragging but I remembered all of my Strong workout buddies and thought “I *cannot* no-show (myself and everyone else) on Day 2”. Sooo, I got my workout done. And now I feel better for it. Thank you all for being a part of that motivating force.
I’ve started my long work days no later than 5am for the past week, so I’m going to try and slow down for the rest of the day. Anyone have any good suggestions for things to watch, read, or listen to? Hit me with your best suggestions!
