It's my first time doing a program with Fitness Blender after being a long time fan of their Youtube!
Day 1 didn't go exactly as planned, but I still had a good workout!
I woke up late so I didn't have as much time to workout before my weekly yoga session with my Discord group. So I just did 17 mins of the Easy Pilates and Cardio Workout. I picked this program because I haven't done much intense workouts lately and I was worried I couldn't handle the other programs. But I found myself pushing the intensity up just a little bit on some moves so I'm not as out of shape as I originally thought!
I then did 30 mins Hatha yoga with a focus on hip stretches. I'll count that as a workout complete. ;) I'm feeling pretty good and looking forward to the rest of the week!
