Help really needed 😩

Hi guys!! So I’m not actually new to fb but it has been a couple of years and here’s why ……

About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a bulging disc in my spine and also fibromyalgia. Since this it has been a long road to having a new normal due to all of this I haven’t worked out at all! I used to love strength training now I find it hard to even lift anything, I’m gradually learning to deal with the pain but during the course I have piled on a lot of weight/body fat and I’m ready to now try get back into the swing of things, my pain management team have said that sometimes exercise can help pain even though at the time it doesn’t feel like it but my fear is fibromyalgia and doms at the same time 😩 I guess what I would like to know from you guys is what would be the best program to start to ease myself back into things so that I can eventually get back to my love of strength training and get my body back! I’m sorry for the long winded moan btw but any help is appreciated ☺️
