2-Week Daily Expert Article Challenge!

Even though it seems to be in the works to include Expert Articles in future Challenges soon (yay!), is anyone interested in joining in on an unofficial 2-Week Challenge of reading 1 expert article per day?

Now that they can be scheduled to the calendar, it makes it easy to schedule and track reading expert articles. The reading length is listed in the description, so it's easy to find one that fits the schedule: https://www.fitnessblender.com/articles

Today's expert article reading was related to yesterday's comments about motivating a family to workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/articles/understanding-how-to-increase-your-motivation-to-exercise

The concept of including some choices into a workout schedule in order to increase the sense of autonomy, thereby increasing motivation is intriguing - no wonder the programs and challenges with choices often seem more appealing. At the same time, too many choices might seem overwhelming, and decrease motivation.

Personally, the favorite programs/challenges are usually the ones with 2 choices of different styles of exercises each day and/or 2 different style ECs. Today's workout of Day 1 of Strong, R2 is a good example - it has 2 very different style EC options, which made it feel more doable and appealing than if there were only a single workout for the day. :)

So, is anyone else up for joining an unofficial daily expert article reading challenge starting today for 2 weeks?

Hope your week is off to a great start, and happy Blending everyone! :)
