Morning Exercise - Help

Hi,

I’m starting to get back into exercise and want to do it on a morning so I can prioritise it properly into my day and know it’s done.

Whilst I’m trying to get into doing that, has anyone got any tips for how they effectively do a workout on a morning? I would be working out on an empty stomach and I’m worried that strength training won’t be as effective so was wondering if anyone else done this
