I'm sure some of you can relate....

Happy New Year all.

I haven't posted anything in a long, long time, but have read your posts every day, and worked out on and off.

This January, my goal is to build more discipline in my fitness journey. Fitness Blender's Strong 2 Program (day one tomorrow!) and Yoga with Adriene's new Move 30 day 2022 calendar (day one and two done) will be part of that (on alternate days). I want to post here at least once a week to keep me going (= accountable) and hopefully encourage others along the way.

And since motivation has been an ongoing struggle for too long, I want to post a quote once a week (on Mondays?) to help with that:
