Welocme to the first Self-Care Sunday of the New Year,

Here we are at the Marvelous start to the New Year, leaving the past behind, staying in the Present Moment and intending wonderful things for ourselves and others in the New Year.

Remember self-care looks and feels different to everyone. Maybe it is reading a good book, relaxing with a cup of tea, doing a stretching workout or simply taking a nap in the middle of the day. Whatever it is for you just do it!

For me self-care today will be a nap and giving my feet some love.

Rest day from workouts and the I will start Strong 2 tomorrow. How many others are starting Strong this week?

Whatever you do today do it with intention and joy.
