FOMO is real

Happy New Year, everyone! I hope it's going to be a healthy one and you get to accomplish all your goals, fitness related and otherwise!

Does anybody else experience this fear of missing out now that a new workout is released like every other day? They all look so fun and challenging and helpful and I feel like I want to do them all but there is simply not enough time! Especially not when following a program. I get so conflicted all the time and I would appreciate if y'all could share how you incorporate all the new content into your workout schedule?? I know that this is really a luxury problem and I absolutely appreciate all the new content, but it often leaves me overwhelmed because I simply cannot decide what my goal for the day is and which workout suits that goal best...
