Despite the fact that I tend to lurk more than I participate, I love reading your posts and learning from you all. And I do learn from you on a daily basis! You are generous in your sharing, so thank you. To all the FB team, heartfelt thanks for all that you do. Your enthusiasm, your availability, your honesty, your hard work, your dedication, your ability to make us feel like a family, your approachibility and your desire to help others feel their best- it's truly amazing and I thank you.

On another note, I am late to the party but I just completed day 1 of the full fusion challenge- wow!! Loved it. But am definitely looking forward to the stretching day tomorrow! Anyone else doing the challenge- I believe most of you are waiting for Strong to drop.....enjoy it!!
