2021 complete - how was your year??

After oliebollenfest yesterday (https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/28683/unhealthiest-day-of-the-year-so-good) I decided thatmy planned stretching workout for today was not enough. I felt like doing something more, so I decided to do my first Nicole workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-bodyweight-cardio-intervals

I really enjoyed it and was sweating like a pig afterwards.. and with that, my 2021 workout year was closed of. I have some injury rest weeks, I did the mealplan in January (I might give it another go in February 2022), I have lots of custom workouts: standup paddling, bouldering, walking, PT exercises...

It was a good year exercise wise. I need to make 2022 a good year food wise.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2022. I hope we will be less restricted by covid and able to enjoy all the good things in life again.
