How much should you workout a week?

Hi guys!

My objective is to loose a bit of inches from my thighs, tone up and build muscle and lean down. I want to be slim and lean and strong.

I’m doing a mix of fitness blender workouts- usually 3-4 strength, 1-2 HIIT and 1 pilates. I workout 6 times a week and walk around 10km a day.

Whilst I’m toning up slowly, mainly my stomach, thighs are extremely slow results, I don’t know how much is too much? I’m obsessed with making sure I burn 700 calories a day in activity. Squeezing in extra walks etc.

But I’m struggling to find out what my workout week should look like.

Any advice?
